- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Overall service going in was polite, but ive waited a month with no tax return now. Called to check and the lady that answered (No names) said check the irs site im out of office. Little to no help with very vague information she said thats all i would do personaly checked the website still nothing. Feel like i was rushed off the phone with very little help still dont have my taxes back. And now its a waiting game. (Theyre name is liberty tax, but i see no liberty in that)By brandon cordell, May 08, 2017
