  Treated poorly by the staff. Felt as if I was cattle brought in for slaughter. Never going back.

  My husband and I were not greeted when we arrived. When someone finally came to the front they were very unprofessional. She did not greet us properly with a hello or good morning. She was not dressed appropriately for the job. She just asked if we had an appointment, I said yes and told her with who and she did not respond. She walks away and I assume she goes back to talk to another employee. We hear them swearing and laughing about not knowing what to do. After she came back the second time she asked if I drank coffee. I says yes and then she laughs and says "Well I guess I could attempt to make it." I politely say no thank you. She then leaves again and asks another employee how to make coffee. I highly recommend taking your taxes elsewhere.
